This policy applies to the application provided by MIWA Lock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") for use with electric and battery locks sold by the Company.

"User" refers to any individual using this app.
"Personal Information" means information related to a living individual, enabling the identification of a specific person through details such as name, birthdate, or other descriptions, including information that can be easily cross-referenced to identify an individual.
"User Information" refers to information related to users obtained and used within this app that does not qualify as personal information.

Article 2 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company appropriately handles acquired personal information in accordance with its Personal Information Protection Policy.

Article 3 (Acquisition and Use of User Information)

1. The Company will acquire and use the following user information within the scope of the specified purposes.
2. The Company will not disclose or provide the acquired user information to third parties without obtaining the user's consent, nor will it use the information for purposes other than those specified in the previous section.

User Information	Purpose of Use
Location Information:	To understand the approximate location of the electric and battery locks in relation to the smartphone. Note: Location information is for in-app use only. No data is sent or stored.
Device Information (such as OS type, OS version, device model)	To switch internal operations of the app.

Article 4 (Changes to this Policy)

The Company may change this policy when deemed necessary due to amendments in relevant laws and regulations or other reasons recognized by the Company.
